Gymnastics Classes

We offer recreational gymnastics for everyone from parent-tot to advanced levels. Our classes include all-around gymnastics for both boys and girls as well as tumbling-only classes.

Exhibition Team

Our Gymnastics Exhibition Team is a performance tumbling and dance team that performs locally at events in Wichita. Gymnasts learn multiple routines which incorporate tumbling, dance, and acrobatic stunts.

Ninja Warrior

Overcome any obstacle and unleash your inner ninja! Flips, kicks, tricks, jumps, climbing, and balance are several aspects of this class.

Taekwondo

Learn the art of taekwondo from our experienced instructor at Fit Physique Fitness Center.

Flipper Swim School

Equip your child with life-saving skills and proper swim technique. Our experienced instructors help new swimmers build confidence in the water.

Birthday Parties

Celebrate your day with gymnastics, ninja warrior, or outdoor fun and games instructed by our trained staff. Parties include activity time and time in our treat room.

Open Gym

Join us Wednesdays and Saturdays for extra practice time in our facility to refine your skills. Children and adults are welcome.

Pickleball & Basketball

Rent one of our brand new outdoor pickleball or basketball courts.
