In the event a birthday party must be cancelled, the following policy will apply:

A minimum of four weeks' notice is required for the cancellation of the party, at which time you may reschedule your party or request a refund.

I understand other classes may be sharing the gym at the same time as my party.

I understand that the first 10 participants are included in the base price of the party. Additional participants are $10 each.

I understand that I am responsible for cleaning the treat room by the end of the allotted treat time. A $10 cash deposit will be required at check-in to ensure the room is cleaned.

I have read and understand the above statements regarding cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, possible and shared space.
