Cancellation Policy
Any AAI member (Tae Kwon Do, dance, gymnastics, cheer and Fit Physique) will be required to give notification of membership cancellation by filling out the "drop" form on the 1st day of the month along with your monthly payment. The effective date will be the last class of the month in which the drop is received if submitted by the 1st of the month or the last class of the following month if drop was not submitted my 1st day of the month. If notification is not received, billing will continue on a month to month basis until notification is received.

Payment
Members may pay by check, cash, or credit card (Visa, Discover, and  Mastercard only). Any payment received after the 10th of any month will be assessed a per month $5.00 late fee.

Discounts
Multiple classes will receive a discount of $2.00 per one-hour class. Discounts apply for full months only. The 2 hour class is already discounted; no further discounts apply. Discounts do not apply to Private, Semi-private, Small Group Lessons, Acrobatic Cheer, A+ Dance, or Exhibition Team.

Attire
Gymnastic students are encouraged to wear leotards. Ballet/tap students are required to wear a leotard, pink ballet shoes, and black tap shoes. Jazz/Pom students are encouraged to wear jazz shoes. No jewelry should be worn. Hair should be pulled back. TaeKwonDo students are required to wear the dobok and protective gear while sparring. For additional information, including where items may be purchased, ask your instructor.

Class Make-Up Policy
One make-up per month is allowed September-May. Multiple make up classes are allowed June-August. Classes must be made up by the end of term, and student must be actively enrolled in the class in order to make up.

General Information
Parents and siblings are to remain in the seated areas in the gym. Siblings and visitors are not allowed to play in the gym. For their safety, students should not wait outside the building for a parent to pick them up. We ask that students be picked up promptly after class.
